Who we are

Prospectly is an agency based in Rangpur, Bangladesh, run by Nuruzzaman Rupoque. In this policy, "we" means Prospectly. You can reach us through the contact page.

What we collect

• Contact form: the details you type in (name, email, phone, company, project details) and technical data such as your IP address, used to answer you and prevent abuse.
• Free eBook: your email address and optional first name, used to send the eBook. If you tick the box, we may also contact you occasionally about related services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• Visitor statistics: if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. We may also use the HubSpot tracking code to link form submissions to your visit. If you decline, these cookies are not used.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to enquiries, deliver the eBook, keep a record of our conversations in our CRM (HubSpot), improve this website and protect it from spam. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the website and our business, including our web host (Namecheap), email delivery, HubSpot and Google Analytics. They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and eBook sign-ups for as long as they are useful for the relationship or required by law, and delete them on request.

• Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
• Unsubscribe from any email using the link or by replying "unsubscribe".
• Decline analytics cookies in the banner, or clear them in your browser settings.
